AVEO Table + Bar, the elegant seaside restaurant at the AAA Five Diamond-rated Monarch Beach Resort in Dana Point has introduced an all-new weekend brunch experience. Executive Chef Collin Thornton and Chef-de-Cuisine Donald Lockhart build upon on the success of their curated brunch menu, by expanding it into a three-course a la carte experience.
Brunch at AVEO Table + Bar is offered every Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. and is priced at $79 per guest.
The new prix-fixe brunch begins with a triple-tiered tower of fresh-baked croissants with artisan butter & SoCal strawberry preserves alongside an assortment of sliced fruit, berries, and house-made mango yogurt dip. Guests can select from a variety of first-course appetizers including Smoked Salmon Bagel Bites and the Tomato-Braised Turkey Meatball; standout second-course entrees include Crispy Chicken & Buttermilk Waffles, Peekytoe Crab Cake Eggs Benedict, and Nutella Crunch French Toast. The final course offers a family-style assortment of AVEO’s signature desserts including its “Ferrero Rocher,” Tiramisu, and Mango Mousse White Tea Cups.
Guests can enhance their weekend brunch experience with bottomless beverage upgrades, popular hallmarks reminiscent of its former brunch buffet, which include a Ketel One Bloody Mary & Michelada Cart ($25) or the Perrier Jouet “Grand Brut” bottle service experience ($49).
