Top Beaches in Dana Point

Outlined by seven miles of majestic bluffs and scenic rolling hills, Dana Point has a gorgeous coastline adorned with an array of white sand beaches.

Doheny State Park—one of California’s most popular state beach destinations—boasts 62 acres of open space, offering plenty of opportunities for surfing, sunbathing, and picnicking. Dana Point Harbor is known for being one of the most picturesque recreation harbors on the west coast. Water sports enthusiasts flock to the waves at Salt Creek Beach where a small, off-shore reef creates some of the best surfing conditions in the area.
