Take your workout into the fresh ocean air! Announcing our spacious new 4,500 sq ft outdoor Athletic Club Pavilion.  With your wellbeing in mind, the pavilion is capacity controlled, all equipment has been set up to meet physical distancing protocol and attendants sanitize equipment between uses.

Challenge your center with the ARKE Core Centric Training System, or increase your heart rate with our wide range of treadmills, recumbent bikes and elliptical machines. Our full array of TechnoGym weight machines, free weights and kettle bells will help you stay on your training schedule. Complimentary bottled water and fresh hand towels are provided. 

A complete schedule of more than 40 Miraval fitness, yoga and meditation classes are also offered weekly-- all outdoors in the fresh ocean air.

Yoga Core Strength

Focusing on strengthening the trunk muscles and lower back, as this is the foundation for all of the other muscles in the body. This class uses muscles to build and support the core muscles, while at the same time working your body from head to toe.

Beginners Yoga

Perfect for beginners or those looking for some gentle stretching combined with breath work. The Beginners Yoga is a great class for the family to enjoy together, and a perfect class to take before receiving your massage treatments, to gently loosen the body.

Yoga Wall & Body Structure

Utilizing our unique strap wall for deeper stretches and a more intense workout – add this class in combination with your cardio class or a yoga class.

Hatha Yoga

An all-level yoga class focusing on posture, alignment and breathing techniques.

Yoga Flow

This Vinyasa flow class invigorates, challenges, and uplifts the mind, body and spirit. The breath moves the student seamlessly through a series of asanas (poses). Thoughtful and creative sequences provide a safe and fun-loving practice.
